In case you don’t know they call an orgasm in an Adult baby (which Mistress tells me I am) a creamie.  I don’t get them often and usually it’s more of an adult orgasm with Mistress but the other night Mistress was getting me into a nappy.  She grabbed some lube and started to stroke my weenie very fast.  Her strokes were quite relentless and her tongue was darting over my nipples.  She started to tell me what she wanted to do to her baby and I could feel the urge building inside me.
